Gaming has become a major focus for Red Bull and we´re a credible player within the gaming and esports ecosystem.

As International Gaming Specialist (m/f/d), you'll mainly focus on gaming event tasks and hereby work closely with the International Gaming Event but also the Gaming Athlete Manager. You'll assist on special projects around the gaming athletes & teams' portfolio.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

EVENTS & ATHLETES

In this exciting role, you´ll report to our Head of International Gaming. You´ll also support the International Gaming Events Manager in creating, executing and analyzing events on a global level. You'll support with internal and external tools, share success stories as well as work with our local markets, internal departments or the world's leading publishers and other external partners on every aspect around the events.

COUNTRY NETWORK

You'll constantly align with Red Bull countries regarding their initiatives. This can be event deadlines, updates, etc. Furthermore, you'll be on top of current portfolios and offer feedback to countries on project and activation ideas. You'll make sure that country entries on our internal database are done and accurate. Additionally, you'll report on executed events and support the National Event Managers on planning of international event properties.

INTERNAL WORKFLOWS

You'll be responsible for the internal database and a better integration of events, teams and athletes into the system as well as internal news posts.

Experience

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

That matter most for this role:

  • 2+ years' experience in gaming / esports industry
  • Deep knowledge of esports industry
  • Experience in managing gaming projects
  • Good understanding of numbers and analysis
  • Team player and good communicator
  • Well-organised, hands-on with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • University degree in relevant field
  • Fluent in English
  • Reisetätigkeit bis zu: 10%

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 1643 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
