You´ll support the top 25 markets strategical and when necessary, operationally. This is to ensure that the markets continuously drive for maximum sustainable distribution in our highest opportunity catering segments, maximizing sales and volume whilst establishing strong relationships with our global and regional catering partners. This strategy needs to be profitable, efficient and ensures a continuous development of our brand.
In this role, you'll lead and create our global catering strategy and integrate it into our overall Global On Premise strategy. You'll support the top 25 markets by rolling out and implementing our global catering strategy.
Additionally, you'll use the current tools as well as enhance, evolve and adapt them for efficient account acquisition, management & tracking.
As International Key Account Manager, you'll conduct market visits with key countries, create action plans and adapt global tools to meet the needs and opportunities of the local markets. You'll define and share benchmarks from all markets highlighting the gaps / opportunity for growth.
In addition, you'll implement the annual catering business plan objectives in the top 25 markets effectively. You'll challenge the markets in order to improve the overall global catering segment performance.
You'll think "out of the box" on how to generate value and execute sales drives through our global and regional catering partners. You'll explore new and leverage existing global, regional and self-operated/independent caterers to expand our distribution footprint. Moreover, you'll optimize resources and market setups and lead the annual global catering business planning process.
Furthermore, you'll lead by example by showcasing the importance of the catering segment in terms of distribution, volume and as a key entry occasion into our brand. You'll take ownership and deliver catering workshops with key markets and follow up on the roll out. Additionally, you'll train and coach all the Catering Key Account Managers with our dedicated training concept.
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 1816 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
