E-Learning Developer (m/f)

Temporary employment until summer 2021

Main Tasks

• Develop E-Learning and blended learning courses and programs for internals, sales partners and customers based on the principles of instructional design, adult learning theory, and corporate design guidelines
• Work together with different departments and subject matter experts within the company to develop appropriate, clear, and effective content
• Conduct formal quarterly and annual evaluation of E-Learning activities by collecting, organizing, analyzing, interpreting and reporting on E-Learning data using different data analytics techniques and tools (e.g. google Analytics, LMS reporting tools)
• Support a webinar portfolio for customers and employees worldwide by using web conferencing tools
• Oversee E-Learning projects from idea conceptualization to completion in a variety of formats (e.g. photos, videos, E-Learning modules, audio) with different authoring tools

Requirements

• University/FH degree in a relevant field and high level of competence in Adobe Connect Pro or similar, Adobe InDesign, Articulate Storyline, and Microsoft Office
• Experiences working with Learning Management Systems (preferred in Moodle or Totara) and SCROM compliance
• Good understanding of instructional design methods, adult learning theory, and web-based training
• Excellent written and spoken English skills, further languages are a plus
• Motivated personality with a well-organized and detail-oriented approach

Salary will be determined based on professional experience; the formal minimum salary according to Collective Bargaining Agreement is EUR 36,154.72
