What are we looking for:

Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support the Group Compliance Program and to assist the General Counsel:

  • Compliance Programs: Organise seminars worldwide, online test, compliance committee meetings, trade associations, update Group policies including Intranet page, etc.
  • IT compliance tools: 1st level support, user role management, reporting
  • Support development of new IT compliance tools
  • Office management incl. correspondence, legal documentation, board meetings
  • Travel and time management: Arrange appointments, meetings, conferences and business trips
  • IT affinity
  • Excellent MS-Office skills
  • Accurate and structured working style with strong organisational skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Communicative and open minded personality
  • Fluency in German and English (both orally and in writing)
  • Completed commercial education (HAK as a minimum), academic education is a plus
  • At least 3 years of working experience in a comparable role within an international environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Proactive and reliable personality with hands on mentality
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently and with accuracy

Immediate start date

Ref. Austrian "Bundes-Gleichbehandlungsgesetz": The position is subject to the Austrian collective agreement of the "Papierverarbeitende Industrie" with a legal minimum wage of EUR32.000 gross/year on a full-time basis plus overpayment. The overpayment is determined by the qualification of the jobholder.
