Process Analyst - consumer credit (f/m/d)

To strengthen our multidisciplinary consumer credit team, we are looking for a process expert who passionately contributes his knowledge to the continuous improvement and implementation of new features for our product. The team (squad) consists of 7-9 employees and has the end-to-end responsibility for existing processes as well as for the implementation of new processes in this area.

As a squad member

  • you actively keep up to date with your expertise and apply this knowledge within the squad
  • you use your know-how to continuously optimize processes for our customers
  • you are responsible for the technical analysis of the processes and create user stories for implementation
  • you support the product owner in the meaningful planning of the necessary implementations
  • you synchronize with contact persons and stakeholders of the ING Group as well as with external service providers
  • you are committed to the complete documentation of the relevant processes
  • if necessary you perform a manual software test for the acceptance of user stories after implementation

your skills

  • several years of experience in consumer credit (operational or project-related)
  • several years of experience in process management / process analysis
  • SAS or / and ARIS knowledge beneficial
  • LSS Black Belt / Green Belt is an advantage
  • implementation strength and pronounced problem-solving orientation
  • very good knowledge of spoken and written English
