Reporting and MIS Specialist (m/f/d)

Job Summary

Leverage on strong root cause analysis mindset to ensure the right levels of data driven insights and reporting metrics are available. Support with report generation and presentations to facilitate constructive communication with countries and stakehoders.
Responsible for Group Reports which are shared inhouse and to third parties (e.g. regulator)

Your Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Reporting and Analysing of Group Risk Reports, with relevance for 3rd party (e.g. Regulator)
  • Creating and maintaining new reports (i.e. update of Portfolio Quality Reports, Retail Credit Risk Group report), enhancing existing reports and datamanagement, to improve portfolio and perfomance monitoring
  • Collecting, controlling and analysing data. Helping to achieve a Retail Credit Risk datamart solution.
  • Deputy as Single Point of Contact for all subsidaries to improve, automize and check all delivered reports.
  • As Reporting Owner responsible to gain the right data (business requirements upgrades and definitions)
  • Applying expertise in quantitative analysis and data visualisation to prepare Management Report
  • Proposing actionable measures for continuous improvements
  • Coordinating, cooperating and supporting countries on regular and ad-hoc analysis and reporting
  • Preparing data for regulators and other third party inquiries for topics out of Retail Risk (e.g. for SBDE Lending project)

Your Profile

  • University degree in Economics, Quantitative Finance, Business Administration, Mathematics or any faculty of technical sciences
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Risk reporting and/or MIS, experience in Banking/ Insurance or Telecommunication is an advantage
  • Fluent English; German, any CEE language or Russian would be a nice to have
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to work with large set of data
  • High level of analytical skills and ability to identify key issues in data

Annual Gross salary starting from EUR 50.000,- based on our collective bargaining agreement (for 38,5 hours/week) - additional payment according to skills and experience. The position can be filled as soon as possible.
