Job description

As our new Senior Digital IC Design Engineer, you will work with an international team with immediate responsibility for digital register-transfer level design and design-for-test concepts implementation. This is a tailor-made position for someone who likes to work in an innovative working environment and is keen minded.

In your job you will:

  • be responsible for the digital RTL design (SystemVerilog, VHDL, Verilog)
  • implement design-for-test concepts
  • execute power aware design as well as formal and functional verification
  • support synthesis and static timing analysis
  • be the interface to the physical implementation (P&R) colleagues
  • support post-silicon validation in the lab

You are best equipped for this job if you have:

  • a university/university of applied sciences degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics or comparable
  • 5+ years of experience in digital IC design and verification
  • considerable top-level IC design experience
  • good understanding of digital design flow
  • understanding of high voltage CMOS and/or BCD technologies and/or knowledge in the area of power applications (e.g. DC-DC converters, inverters, etc.) will be an advantage
  • mixed-signal design/verification experience is considered as a strong plus
  • fluent English skills

This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry, employment group G/H (https://www.feei.at/arbeitswelt/kv-tabellen-statistik/mindestloehne-und-gehaelter). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills. Furthermore, Infineon offers attractive employee benefits.
