IT Service Management Specialist (f/m/d) with Focus on Change Management

To support our Service Management and Governance team we are currently looking for an IT Service Management Specialist (f/m/d) with Focus on Change Management. Within this team, you will work alongside the departments that focus on maintaining our IT infrastructure, application landscape, games and frontend to coordinate our changes in order to minimize the impact on our business services and act according to Greentube's compliance and information security requirements. Beside these tasks you will also help us support and develop all our Service Management processes together with the team.

YOUR
TASKS

  • Responsible to ensure that all changes to existing services follow the defined change management process, including the coordination, approval and review of requests for change (RFCs)
  • Lead the weekly Technical Advisory Board (TAB) within IT and organise the on-demand Change Advisory Board (CAB) with multiple departments
  • Ensure established communication to all internal as well as external stakeholders together with our Network Operations Center (NOC)
  • Responsible for continuous improvement of the Change Management Process
  • Work closely together with our Application Solutions Management to implement improvements in the Greentube Service Management Application
  • Continuous review of all Greentube changes
  • Monthly Change Management reporting
  • Support and engage in other Service Management processes as Incident-, Problem-, Configuration - and Service Level Management within Service Management Team

YOUR
PROFILE

  • Minimum 3 years of solid work experience in ITIL processes preferably in an IT environment
  • Process Management (ITIL v3 Foundation as a minimum requirement)
  • Experience with JIRA and/or foundations training is beneficial
  • Team player and good communication skills
  • Independent as well as service- and customer-oriented work style
  • Open-minded and flexible
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; German would be a plus
  • ISO 27001 experience is beneficial
  • Experience in the Gambling industry is a bonus
