This outstanding position is based in our European office in Vienna/Austria.

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to help us own and scale our DevOps and CI/CD operations and process. You will be part of a young and energetic team of DevOps and Software engineers across different locations.

Daily Activities

  • Responsible for our DevOps and CI/CD operations, tools and processes
  • Implement best practices for delivery, availability and management of infrastructure as a service and CI/CD.
  • Improve our end-to-end service availability and performance.
  • Proactively assess potential issues with product delivery, patching, and other changes to mitigate or detect and reduce remediation times.
  • Be aware of the latest technologies and champion those which can enable engineering and infrastructure wins.
  • Propose technical solutions in agreement with the budget. Monitoring and optimization of the infrastructure's cost.
  • Maintain documentation

Preferred experience

  • 3+ years of proven experience with DevOps and CI/CD
  • Solid experience with Docker, Nginx, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Rancher, Ansible, CI/CD, JVM
  • Solid experience with Amazon Web Services (EC2, S3, etc.), OVH Cloud, etc.
  • Proficient knowledge of Linux operating systems (mostly Ubuntu, Debian, Alpine Linux).
  • Databases: MySQL, MongoDB
  • Scripting: Bash, Ruby, Python, Go

For this position the minimum salary is EUR 2,402 gross/month (38.5 h/week), in accordance with the respective collective agreement. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
