As Area Legal Counsel HQ & Europe you'll be responsible for the general legal support of Red Bull's beverage business in the Fuschl HQs and in Europe. You'll ensure the efficient and effective management of the general legal risks of our beverage business in alignment with the regions for HQ, Western and Eastern Europe.

Provide (and ensure that the HQ and Europe legal team provides) professional and timely legal services in line with the Service Level Guidelines, the Instructions to Management and other internal guidelines and requirements.
Effectively and efficiently manage the general legal risks of Red Bull's beverage business in the Fuschl headquarters and in Europe.
Provide (and ensure that the HQ and Europe legal team provides) professional and timely legal information and proactive strategic support on potential legal risks.
Identify, manage and implement strategic legal projects (including the template project) in Europe as well as international initiatives driven by HQ.
Create and roll out legal trainings, guidelines and service efficiency initiatives.
Professionally lead, guide and develop the members of the HQ and Europe legal team.
Build and nurture an engaged and high-performing legal team focused on impacting Red Bull's competitive advantage.
Manage cost and quality of advice of external legal providers.
8-10 years professional experience, with at least 4 years experience in a reputable law firm and 4 years experience in an in-house position, ideally in the FMCG sector
International work experience with a focus on Europe, ideally also experience in common law jurisdictions
Broad experience in commercial law (with a focus on contract law and competition law), ideally also experience in data protection, sports and media/entertainment law, dispute resolution and in project management
Experience in managing and developing an international legal team
Pragmatic and hands-on working style, good business acumen
Good communicator with intercultural awareness and sensitivity
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple matters in parallel in a fast-paced environment

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.353 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
