YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Enhance our global learning strategy with an integrated social blended learning approach
  • Identify organizational and people development needs together with our Corporate and Regional HR Team
  • Establish a dynamic cross-functional learning network with our management team and drive a growth and learning mindset across the organization
  • Be the trend scout for new learning methods
  • Drive the global rollout of our LMS (Success Factors)
  • Develop and implement learning & development initiatives (including coaching, mentoring, leadership and expert programs, trainee programs)
  • Provide your profound didactical expertise for the set-up of social blended learning formats
  • Create and set up global people development guidelines, processes and policies

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • University degree, ideally with focus on Human Resources (Development) or Education
  • 5 years of work experience in a similar function, preferably in an international company
  • Proven capability of driving and implementing digital and social blended learning solutions across a global matrix organization
  • Experience in a Learning Management System like Success Factors is key asset
  • Passion for new trends and technologies in the field of learning and development
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, profound understanding of an intercultural environment
  • High learning agility and curiosity
  • Fluent German and English skills
  • Ability to work independently and as well as part of a team

Minimum gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 42.720,86 p.a. We are willing to overpay according to training and qualification.
