Specialist People Development
(m/f/d) - 18 months contract

Job description/tasks and responsibilities:

  • Assist the Global Learning team to conduct TNA for ams employees in Austria
  • Assist the Global Learning team in developing the annual Training calendar
  • Develop Training policies and procedures
  • Support internal stakeholder and partner with them to understand their needs and customize special request training
  • Assist global HCD to develop functional competency framework
  • Execute the training strategy such as Internal Trainer Program, e-learning and any program that is planned as part of HCD strategy
  • Source and qualify the right training providers
  • Support the day to day learning needs from a people development perspective
  • Coordinate all logistical training needs such as room bookings, transportation arrangements and meals
  • Manage the training records system
  • Master the SAP Training module and ensure every employee is trained to use the SAP system
  • Track indicators and ensure reports are sent timely on a monthly basis to stakeholders. Prepare monthly presentation of reports


  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR or equivalent
  • 3 years experience in the training field with experience in conducting TNA for and developing Annual Training calendar
  • Experienced in developing Competency Matrix and functional development programs
  • Good analytical skills
  • Able to deal with ambiguity and work in an unstructured environment
  • Familiar with the training provider landscape for different disciplines in Europe
  • Meticulous, structured and great attention to detail with reporting and tracking skills
  • Able to work in a fast paced high volume environment and move fast
  • Persistent and proactive
