Your tasks

As part of the Corporate HSE & Quality team, you are responsible for all quality and health & safety matters related to one of the major key customers of the group. Therefore, following the "one face to the customer"-strategy, you act as the main interface between the international production plants and the customer. In this role, you support the local Quality Managers to ensure that all manufacturing related processes and output comply the defined quality standards of the customer. You create an environment of continuous improvement by a pro-plant support (root cause analysis, corrective actions, certification activities, auditing, etc.…). As escalation point for major customer issues, you initiate and drive the solution process by involving all relevant stakeholders. In this core interface position, you steer the periodical reporting and performance monitoring on a group level as well as towards the customer.

Your profile

As a result of your relevant professional experience in Quality Management from an industrial manufacturing environment, you feel well equipped to manage, represent and continuously improve manufacturing related quality. In addition to Quality Managers who have already gained experience on a global level, this position also offers the unique opportunity for ambitious candidates with local QM experience to take the next step into a global Quality Management position. Your entry ticket to this career step will be your strong communication skills and high social competence that ensure the successful interaction with different stakeholders on an international level. In addition, you provide a technical understanding gained either from your work experience or from your education. Your willingness to travel (20 percent on average, mostly within Europe) and your fluent English skills allow you a professional exchange with your Corporate HSE & Quality team, internal and external stakeholders. German language skills are not necessarily required.
