Lead Service Productivity Specialist (m/f/d)

The Risk & Profitability team of the Services Product Line Management team is looking for a highly committed, innovative and engaging Lead Service Productivity Specialist, whose main mission will be to continuously optimize life cycle cost of INNIO's services products. The role is a key contributor to the bottom line of the P&L.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Owns and optimizes life cycle costs of service parts with focus on margin improvement
  • Defines maintenance stretch strategies to effectively improve costs for Customer Service Agreements (CSA) reducing the cost backlog of the fleet
  • Searches Service Cost Out opportunities to create cross-functional productivity programs from a technical and commercial standpoint
  • Drive high penetration of implemented productivity programs on the CSA fleet
  • Measures initiative performance monthly
  • Develops a pipeline of ideas with description and business cases to drive productivity within a 3-year horizon in compliance with the internal "Saving Recognition Policy" and Service Finance
  • Scouts for new service partners outside INNIO in alignment with Service Sourcing
  • Drives business decisions on: in- or out-farming of parts, tooling development, on-site repair methods, creation of reUp parts for the installed fleet
  • Defines annual budget to execute productivity programs to meet business targets
  • Future productivity: be involved in the selection of new components for the future product program to optimize service costs
  • Continuously improves costs of parts/processes in the overhaul & repair shop
  • Creates and publishes productivity news to communicate the latest productivity developments to the rest of the organization

Qualifications/ Requirements:

  • University degree in a technical or commercial area
  • Proven track record in project & program management with demonstratable results
  • Proven technical and commercial experience in a service business or comparable industry
  • Exceptional strong customer service mindset
  • Ability to interface w/ and influence multiple stakeholders at all levels
  • Be a change agent
  • Clear thinker with strong business acumen
  • Open minded for bold ideas
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills to influence cross functionally
  • Ability to travel
  • Good understanding of customer needs and product characteristics against competition

The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 3.301,13 gross per month (x 14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.

This is a LPB position.
