In this role, you'll manage and develop a centralized sales and marketing reporting system (Consumer Off-take database), which enables the harmonization, reporting and ad-hoc analysis of key Red Bull and market consumption KPIs. You'll drive the development and the data quality of the reporting and ensure any integration of consumption data into the SAP BI reporting landscape. Additionally, you'll lead and streamline the global reporting efforts for Consumer Off-take and enable key commercial insights. Internally, you'll act as single point of contact and conduct training on the system. Externally, you'll be responsible to manage service providers involved in the delivery of the data service.

As International Commercial Insights Specialist, you'll develop the current Consumer Off-take system including store level Off-take data. Thereby, you'll integrate additional store level data sources, measures and functionalities. You'll ensure the data quality of the system and maintain global KPIs and dimensions in line with our global sales standards. You'll manage external teams to guarantee maintenance of global mappings, monthly data quality and delivery review. Additionally, you'll be the first point of contact for support requests and take responsibility for the training program for Consumer Off-take.
In this role you´re the main contact person to our external service provider and make sure that they deliver the agreed standards. Additionally, you´ll collaborate with our IT department to further develop the system.
In collaboration with the team you'll execute and present monthly and quarterly international sales reporting. You'll support strategic sales initiatives with specific management reports. Furthermore, you'll prepare analysis for business planning and respond to ad-hoc requests.
In this role, you'll support the development of analytical capabilities in Sales (e.g. statistics, data base management, visualization).
You'll share best practices from the Commercial Insights department and support global sales workshops.
Minimum 2 years' experience in IT, Business Tool Support or Business Analyst role
Experience in the FMCG industry and with multiple data sources (Nielsen, IRI, GFK,…)
Experience with international sales business insights, category management or consulting with strategic and implementation experience
Process oriented, analytical approach and understanding of sales processes
IT literate, familiarity with SAP BI beneficial
Project management experience; proven people and stakeholder management skills
Performance and result oriented with a hands-on programmatic approach
Excellent communication skills; team-player

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 1.687,- gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
