Sales Manager - Eastern Europe (m/f/d)


We are looking for a Sales Manager to strengthen and further expand our presence in Eastern Europe, what is a fresh and high-potential market for us. If you have passion and a strong drive and want to become part of a fun team with high ambitions - keep reading!


  • Sell a world-class product to marketeers in the leading e-commerce businesses in Eastern Europe
  • Autonomous management of the whole sales process (establishing and fostering a sustainable pipeline, contract negotiation, conclusion of contracts)
  • Constant and proactive lead generation through cold calls and marketing follow-ups
  • Preparation of offers and contracts based on client needs and technical requirements
  • Giving presentations and product demos to C-level clients
  • Keeping the client database up to date in the CRM system and preparing weekly forecasts
  • Close cooperation with Senior Management, finance and legal department


  • At least 3 years of quota carrying experience with a consistent track record of success
  • Background in selling software or software-as-a-service (SaaS)
  • Strength in acquiring, negotiating and completing contracts
  • Ongoing monitoring and achievement of sales targets
  • Self-confident, eloquent and engaging communication style
  • Lots of energy, passion & humor
  • Fluent in English is a must, German and/or an Eastern-European language an advantage

  • According to Austrian collective agreements the minimum salary for this role is EUR 33.222EUR. However, we are offering a competitive market salary (fix + uncapped commission) based on your skills and experience level
