Sourcing Specialist - Enabling & Operations (m/f/d)

This position will be responsible for day to day purchase order placement for warranty and balance of plant (project Sourcing), creating data analysis reports to track status of key performance indicators and supporting supplier lifecycle data management.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Managing the complete order lifecycle, including placing purchase orders, purchase order amendments, on-time delivery management, Accounts Payable (AP) invoice hold and issue resolution
  • Creating data analytics reports (e.g. open order and spend reports) to track status of important key performance indicators
  • Supporting Sourcing initiatives, including process improvements and data cleaning
  • Supplier lifecycle management (SLM): collecting necessary documents and submitting workflows to add and update supplier information and acting as SLM admin to resolve non-standard maintenance activities and ensure updated and correct supplier data in our ERP system
  • Maintaining the highest level of integrity and ethics in all dealings with internal customers and outside suppliers

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Engineering from an accredited university/college or a high school diploma and equivalent knowledge/experience
  • Work experience in Procurement of advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Quantitative and data analysis skills
  • Demonstrated ability to organize, assess and prioritize tasks
  • Experience with ERP (e.g. Oracle) and data management tools of advantage
  • You like to work in a Global & Intercultural environment
  • Fluent communication in Dutch and English language (verbal and written), additional languages are a plus
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional organization in geographically diverse businesses
  • Team Player. High willingness to learn
  • Work Location is Jenbach, Austria

The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 2.883,03 gross per month (x 14) and an overpayment depending on your qualifications and experience.

This is a PB position.
