Ihre Aufgaben

  • In-House trainer for business and technical English language at a management and an employee level of small groups/one to one
  • Assisting in the design and preparation of effective presentations in English
  • Developing presentation skills and public speaking for both technical and general business topics
  • Training the language and culture of meetings e.g. presenting an argument, persuasion and questioning techniques
  • Developing skills in facilitating or leading meetings
  • Negotiation skills in an international environment
  • Creating training materials
  • Assisting in translating German texts into English
  • Initially limited to one year

Ihr Profil

Since your major tasks will be to train business and technical English, conversational English as well as cultural awareness, we expect you to have suitable qualifications such as a diploma in TEFL or CELTA

You must be an English native speaker with some German language ability preferred (experience in the areas of industry, law, or sales would be an asset).

We expect you to have at least 2 years experience in teaching English as a foreign language at management level and to be able to convey the soft skills required by German speakers doing business in an international environment. We also expect you to show flexibility towards working hours.

Salary Package and Benefits: The collective minimum salary agreement for this position is EUR 4.730,51 brutto (14 x per year). The actual payment depends on the particular qualification and experience.
