IT Service Management Specialist (f/m/d) with a Focus on Incident Management

To support our Service Management and Governance team we are currently looking for an IT Service Management Specialist with focus on Incident Management. Within this team, you will work alongside the departments that focus on maintaining our IT infrastructure, application landscape, games, frontend and compliance to detect, analyse and coordinate incidents in order to minimise the impact to our business services and act accordingly to Greentube's compliance and information security requirements. Beside these tasks you will also help us support and develop all our Service Management processes together with the team.

YOUR
TASKS

  • Overall responsible for the Incident Management process including continuous process improvements
  • Support and engage in other Service Management processes as Problem-, Change- , Configuration - and Service Level Management within Service Management Team
  • Responsible to perform post mortems and reviews of high priority incidents
  • Manage and identify incidents which need special attention or escalation
  • Control if the implemented Incident Management process standards and procedures are being followed
  • Ensure established communication to all internal as well as external stakeholders in coordination with our Network Operations Center (NOC) for all high priority incidents
  • Collaboration with our Application Solutions Management for implementing improvements to the incident management process in our ticketing tool JIRA
  • Monthly review of all incidents and create Incident Management Reports
  • Support IT Compliance during audits and by providing data for audits

YOUR
PROFILE

  • Minimum 3 years of solid work experience in ITIL processes preferably in an IT environment, focusing on experience in Incident- , Problem-, Change-, Configuration- and Service Level Management
  • Process Management (ITIL V3 or V3 Foundation as minimum requirement)
  • Team player and good communication skills
  • Independent as well as service- and customer oriented work style
  • Open minded, flexible and calm even under pressure
  • Persistent and ability to assert oneself
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; German would be a plus
  • ISO 27001 experience is beneficial
  • Experience in the Gambling industry is a bonus
  • Experience with JIRA and/or foundations training is beneficial
