As International Field Sales Specialist (m/f) you´ll support the development of the field sales country teams from the global off premise perspective and act as single point of contact for all field sales related topics for a defined set of countries. Moreover, you´ll prepare, contribute to and follow up on field sales task forces. This will include field sales diagnosis on strategy, outlet segmentation, routing, people, routines and tools. In addition, you´ll support on an ad hoc basis the global field sales team with analysis and data driven focus areas and develop new capability content for global roll-outs in accordance with business priorities.

In this role, you´ll review and feedback country field sales plans by using business plans and field sales coverage plans. You´ll gather necessary information from the markets to prepare and follow up field sales task forces and capability initiatives. In addition, you´ll participate and contribute to five field sales task forces per year. Moreover, you´ll identify sales and efficiency opportunities and communicate it to relevant stakeholders.
You´ll use the coverage planning tool to understand growth opportunities and efficiency savings globally across field sales and within individual market field sales teams.
Another part of this role is to identify and close training gaps in turn driving performance and results at global and individual market level. You´ll analyse and track roll-out of field sales training platforms in conjunction with country results to plot success of training. In addition, you´ll support distribution partner markets in their development of training material.
Lastly, you´ll administer and launch field sales content/discussions on the intranet.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably managerial field sales role in FMCG
Experience in learning & development (e.g. facilitation of trainings)
Ability to communicate effectively with international field teams and internal key stakeholder
Understand cultural differences and enjoy working in a diverse job environment
Quickly and accurately analyze complex trends and data and communicate in an easy to understand manner
Functional awareness of analysis tools (esp. Microsoft Excel)
Self-motivated, self-directed, flexible and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 1816 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
