Job Summary

PM Expert leads group-wide Perfromance management process to support the business development of the organization effectively and efficiently. The function holder is in charge of leading change and establishment of a PM structures, which is in line with the market practice, company strategy and Banking regulatory requirements.
Designing and modifying PM related policies, processes and procedures are part of the responsibility for this job. PM Expert has to ensure proper communication and spread of knowledge about the new PM developments and tools with all stakeholders within SBEU.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Leads group-wide PM process for creation of suitable solutions / tools for the company, considering the new HR practices, e.g. Establishment of Performance and feedback Culture
  • Advises management, HR team, and local HR directors/managers on Group-wide PM standards and practices
  • Offers and moderates training in regard to performance management and shares best practices
  • Analyses PM data, performs quality check and prepares reports
  • Manages PM system workflows and process requirements
  • Understands business function related to the PM application
  • Responsible for PM related communication flow with both technical and non-technical employees across the organization

Your Profile

  • Bachelor in Human Resource Management or related field
  • 5+ years working experience in HR function, various areas
  • Experience in leading projects
  • Know-how of Performance & Process Management
  • Proficient knowledge within the respective special field (e.g. Banking regulatory requirements of Performance management)
  • In depth understanding of banking business
  • Understanding for software requirements of varied departmental systems
  • Fluent English is a must, German or other CEE languages are a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Project management skills

Annual Gross salary starting from EUR55.000,- based on our collective bargaining agreement (for 38,5 hours/week) - additional payment according to skills and experience. The position can be filled as soon as possible.
