Your new challenges which will inspire you:

  • Develop sourcing strategies and coordinate procurement activities at global level
  • Analyze and manage the demand of required goods and services, providing market intelligence, coordinating with the Business Partner
  • Manage and handle all commercial procurement aspects related to selected projects about capacity extension (eg negotiating EPC contracts), review of Technical documents, handle Technical project claims, act as contact point for Technical Project suppliers)
  • Select and evaluate suppliers that can act as long-term partners and help the company meet its growth objectives
  • Risk management, supplier negotiation and contracting
  • Perform cost reduction strategies by identifying saving opportunities
  • Support local purchasing departments in all aspects for Purchasing Excellence, KPI achievement, reporting and follow up with budget preparations
  • Project lead / membership for strategic sourcing actions on corporate level

Your profile that will convince us:

  • Master degree in Business Administration / Economics and/or Higher Technical education
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in purchasing, preferably in pharmaceutical / multi-site manufacturing environment
  • Experience in project management and guidance of international project teams with the ability to manage complex, large scale initiatives in the area of sourcing;
  • Experience in managing stakeholders
  • Fluency in English is a must, further languages (preferably Russian) would be an asset
  • Experience in using ERP / MES solutions (SAP preferred) and understanding business processes
  • Strong negotiation skills combined with the ability to convince others
  • Analytical thinking and working, accuracy, attention to details
  • Proactive approach to overcome challenges and achieve results, solution oriented approach
  • High level of integrity, loyalty and trustworthiness following our patient-oriented company culture

The minimum gross wage according to the collective agreement (chemical industry) for your new job is EUR 3.270,89. We strive to adapt your salary to your range of tasks and to your profile, which is why we are ready to pay wages higher than collectively agreed.
