We are looking for a reinforcement for our Sales team for our branch office in Innsbruck :

KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER & SALES REPRESENTATIVE AUSTRIA

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and maintain close and pro-active Sales approach toward target customers
  • Plan and manage sales pipeline of expected and upcoming tenders. Qualify sales pipeline regarding margin and win probability
  • Agree and align final commercial proposition with Country Product, Regional Sales and Other functions as required
  • Prepare RFI and RFQ Post-Mortem analysis and share with Tender Management, Product and any other relevant internal stakeholders
  • Provide regular input to Product Management on product & market rate level intelligence
  • Organize and participate in regular reviews with the Key Accounts to ensure customers satisfaction and sustainable business relationship
  • Monitor and control customer KPIs. Develop corrective actions as needed
  • Support successful business handover between Sales and Operations, working in close collaboration with Customer Care & Implementation teams

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

  • Relevant working experience
  • Functional know-how in air / sea / logistics /SCM
  • Strong sales know-how
  • Deep local market knowledge (customers, competitors, suppliers, overall environment)
  • Communicative, customer-oriented sales talent
  • High self-initiative and sense of responsibility
  • Fluent German and good English skills (written and spoken)
  • Profound MS Office user knowledge, SAP or SAP TM is an advantage

For this position we offer a minimum monthly gross salary of EUR 2.586,60. An overpayment depending on specific qualifications and work experience is of course available.
