To strengthen our Global Culture Marketing Team we are looking for a motivated Intern to join us for six months starting as soon as possible. You´ll be part of the Global Culture Partnerships & Merchandising Team and have the responsibility to support and assist the team in successfully providing insights & research to help shape the strategy for each project.

  • In a nutshell

The purpose of this role is to be a part of a dynamic team who helps shape the Global Red Bull Culture Marketing strategy, by supporting the Partnerships & Merchandising functions of the business. The Global Culture Partnerships & Merchandising Intern will gain insight into the overarching Global Marketing strategy of Red Bull, as well as experience & exposure to the world of Partnerships and Merchandising.

  • Insights & research

In this role, you will be tasked with providing insights & research to help shape the strategy for each project, as well as ensuring all information about existing merchandising projects and partnership conversations (both Local and Global) are well documented & captured. Therefore, structured thinking, organization & attention to detail is key. The role will also include collaborating with different stakeholders in a complex organization on both a Local & Global level, whilst supporting the Partnerships & Merchandising Manager on the creation of strategic documents.

  • Communication & administration

As an intern you will communicate frequently with multiple stakeholders - including HQ & country team members. You will align closely with both the Global Partnerships & Global Consumer Products teams to ensure efficient transfer of communication & reporting of open topics. You will take over the day to day management of the Partnerships & Merchandising Collaboration Space for Culture Marketing, capture best practice examples & learnings, whilst ensuring all relevant information is disseminated to key stakeholders.

It will also be part of your job to create presentations, post campaign reports & undertake results analysis for Global Partnerships & Merchandising. You will also support with Business Planning preparation, documentation and other administrative tasks from the team.

Your experience includes:

Excellent MS Office-Skills (Word, Excel, Power Point & Google Documents)

Quick learner, self-motivated and able to work independently


Good communication skills

Team player

  • University Degree (Business Administration/Marketing/Management) or equal practical experience
  • Excellent English spoken and written German language is an advantage

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 1634 gross per month.
