This position is a key technical support provider that provides Help Desk support and troubleshooting for incoming queries and issues related to server/computer systems, software/applications, hardware, smartphones, laptops, and network access for more than 400 customers at the U.S. Missions in Vienna. The incumbent is also responsible for preparing, issuing/receiving, inventorying, for maintenance of all mobile devices, i.e. tablets and smartphones as well as for user account management of all unclassified systems.
We are looking for candidates who have the ability to communicate effectively with customers, IT technicians, and management and to work with end users with varying levels of technical experience. Advanced knowledge and understanding of the following:
Minimum annual gross salary of EUR 38.916,- plus the additional bonus payments (13th and 14th month payment). Hiring salary based on experience and background.
