Terminal Key Account Director (m / f)

Your responsibilities:

  • To be responsible for assigned operators, with regards to account profitability/loss, customer satisfaction and future business sales development for terminals and MBB products (Sell-in, Sell through and Sell-Out),and the relevant market informationcollection,
  • Responsible for development of excellent strategic relationships between ZTE & all the customers to generate a continuous growth in the revenue.
  • Provide regular feedback to product line on changing market conditions
  • To report, review & monitor project status regularly -both internally & with the customer
  • To present appropriate actions in coordination with all relevant departments so as to take corrective action to meet the targets
  • Define and execute the Product, Marketingand Price strategy, Go ToMarket Plan for all customer segments consisting in all promotion activities (branding, incentive plan to retailers, incentive plan to customers, coop activities,merchandiser, etc.) to boost ZTE sales in each account.
  • Cooperate and coordinate the needs internal to get synergies in the market and to avoid conflicts with different sales channels.
  • Product trainings / introductions to the channels sales staff of channels sales for new and key products.
  • Coordinate all channel relevant side needs in and external (Agent, After sales, pre sales, technical pre sales)
  • To establish short & long term Account Plan for the customers

Required qualification:

  • Multitasking-oriented and detail-oriented;
  • Minimum 5 years experienced in the telecom industries for terminals.
  • Work experience in telecom channels, either with tie one telecom vendors or operators
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of the Austrian telecommunication market.
  • Proven track record of business development and account management within large organizations.
  • Strong technical understanding of smart phone , MBB product and the other terminal technologies
  • Excellent communication and presentations skills
  • Experience of working with different cultures in complex environments, working in virtual teams.
  • Multi-task, result oriented and be able to work with pressure
  • German native/independent, English business level, Chinese preferred.
  • Driver license B
