(ideally based in or near Vienna)


  • Sole commercial responsibility for the launch of a highly innovative gene therapy product in two countries
  • Full budget, sales and marketing launch responsibility for both countries
  • Close cooperation with a few highly specialised medical experts in the region
  • Strategic commercial activities in cooperation with the team's medical expert
  • Reporting to the Regional Head and close contact to the local GM
  • Intensive cooperation with colleagues in the region as part of an international team
  • Local cross-functional activities with other business units
  • Working with local market access and key opinion leaders to realize the marketing strategy
  • Managing an excellent matrix relationship across the relevant organisations to ensure the best use of possible treatment
  • Ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with the client's internal regulations and processes


  • Degree in Science or/and Economics
  • Excellent English AND German skills
  • Proven track record as a successful pharmaceutical brand manager
  • At least five years of experience in a pharmaceutical marketing role (e.g. brand manager/product manager)
  • Proven pharma-specialty-know-how
  • Strong strategic and business mindset
  • Enthusiastic and disciplined self-starter, capability to work with experts on equal terms, open-minded to international teams and clients
  • High interest in and in-depth knowledge of innovative methods
