Digital#HR Program Lead (f/m)

We are currently implementing a global strategic HR IT solution, Digital#HR on SuccessFactors, across 30 countries with more than 100 locations, that supports the main HR processes such as Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent Management, Performance Management, Variable Pay, Compensation and Learning Management. Employee Central (HR core data) builds the foundation for these modules and should be rolled-out to all countries by end of 2020.

Digital#HR stands for a cross-cultural working atmosphere that allows you to continuously learn and grow with your tasks. It is fun and a challenge at the same time to be surrounded by people from different cultures. You will be responsible for keeping a multi-disciplinary and partly virtual project organization together.

Your responsibilities:

In your role you will be primarily responsible for

  • Program Management

  • Project Management

  • Change & Communication Management

  • HR Application Ownership

  • Leading, shaping and developing the multi-disciplinary project team while having two colleagues with a direct reporting line

  • Managing a portfolio of projects within the Digital#HR program - often in parallel - however, with a clear initial focus on Employee Central

  • Understanding and analyzing the business requirements, support the definition and agree on the project scope

  • Leading the portfolio delivery, ensuring projects are on time, within scope and to budget, enabling optimum benefits realization

  • Identifying and managing risks, issues and dependencies, proactively intervening to remove obstacles

  • Presenting clear targeted communications to all key stakeholders, to support business readiness and promote engagement in the portfolio delivery

  • Leading the Change & Communication work stream

  • Ensuring that the wider business is engaged and made ready for the change being implemented. Work closely with technical colleagues to ensure both business and technical readiness is achieved

  • Ensuring post implementation business benefits are being assessed and maximized across changes, and proactively action any shortfall

  • Enabling the Business Process Owners for the various Digital#HR modules and ensure that the overall organizational project set-up is transparent, known and followed

Our requirements:

  • strong communication skills and enjoying being an ambassador
  • desire to move things forward, to contribute your own ideas and implement them self-contained as well as in project-teams
  • ability to manage ambiguity and work flexibly within a complex and cross-program environment
  • excellent presentation skills

Languages:

very good command of English, any other language is an asset

Education:

business education

Experience:

  • Proven experience of managing a portfolio of change projects through a (virtual) team from conception to completion
  • Proven team management experience
  • Experience in working with tools and processes, ideally SuccessFactors

Other:

Occasional business trips will be required

Immediate start date

Ref. Austrian "Bundes-Gleichbehandlungsgesetz": The position is subject to the Austrian collective agreement of the "Papierverarbeitende Industrie" with a legal minimum wage of EUR 40,138.42 gross/year on a full-time basis plus overpayment. The overpayment is determined by the qualification of the jobholder.
