As the International On Premise Marketing Manager, you´ll be responsible for the development, implementation, and cultivation of initiatives that build the Red Bull brand and consumption of the product for both the consumer and industry. Therefore, you´ll collaborate and interface with different stakeholders to maximize impact and leverage of major On Premise initiatives. Moreover, you´ll further develop appropriate strategies and translate these into strong execution within the markets.

In this role, you´ll create, develop, and align On Premise marketing initiatives that impact consumer and industry for winning new consumers. You´ll lead and own the development of Red Bull assets for the On Premise environment. Moreover, you´ll be responsible for the sub-channel/area based strategy development.
Another aspect of this role is the support of countries in national projects and the evaluation of national On Premise marketing activities from business planning to execution. You´ll track, record, and evaluate all results of implemented marketing activities. In addition, you´ll develop tools and solutions that enable markets to deliver On Premise Marketing programs. Moreover, you´ll conduct trainings and continuously coach to secure a high level of understanding and knowledge how to implement it into the market.
You´ll build a strong network with internal marketing departments, external agencies, key influencers, national decision makers, and external service partners, such as creative agencies. You´ll manage strong and clear expectations towards the team and stakeholders. Moreover, you´ll maintain a constant exchange of information and communication within the team to improve implementation of consumer & industry marketing initiatives to drive the business.
You´ll actively search for new business opportunities in the market, identify potential for improving, and add new marketing activities.
An essential part of this role will be to permanently observe market trends and competitor activities as well as activations.
5+ years of marketing and/or sales experience
In-depth knowledge of the On Premise business
Strong planning and project management competencies as well as event management experience
Ability to translate big ideas into high impact execution
Strong leadership skills towards the own team and country organizations
Exceptional communication skills, including presenting and training abilities

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 1735 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
