In this role, you are part of the reporting team who is maintaining and developing the reporting processes and systems within Operations, which enables both reporting and analysis of key Operations KPIs and provide reporting solutions and expertise to all operations business units. You will ensure the data quality of the reporting in the Corporate Business Intelligence system and work on a proper integration of data sources and reports into the current reporting landscape. You are the key point of contact for standard reports and ad hoc requests within Operations. Additionally, contribute to implement the reporting roadmap, drive the automatic reporting rollouts and establish data analytics in Operations. Through close cooperation with Development & IT team, you ensure high quality deployment of reporting and analysis solutions. Furthermore, you build up training material, hold training sessions and ensure a well-structured documentation.

Areas that play to your strengths

  • Data Integration

Understand and analyse different data in our transactional system to set up the data model as basis for our future reporting requirements

Align with all stakeholders on KPIs and dimensions of future data model

Interface to IT and other cross-functional stakeholders

  • Reporting

Support and challenge functional reporting requirements and drive continuous improvements in reporting

Development of dashboards and automated report for all Operations business departments

Ensuring high level of data quality by performing data quality checks and developing governance processes as well as guidelines

Collaborate with reporting specialists from other Red Bull departments and align on changes / updates

  • Documentation & Training

Coordination, testing and rollout of new reporting developments & enhancements

Maintenance of standard work documentation, user handouts & training materials

Train end users on new reporting and data analysis tools

  • Analytics

Support in the development and implementation of data analytics, methods, data visualization and analysis tools, for different Operations departments

Your experience includes:

(proven performance in)

Minimum of 3 years of experience in coordinating/managing cross-functional data transformation projects in Supply Chain, Logistics and/or Operations management or Controlling

End user knowledge for ERP systems like SAP, Business Objects, BI is desirable. Strong familiarity with multiple platforms, tools, methodologies in the data management, reporting and analytics space

Sound data analytics skills and a strong ability to comprehensively understand data elements, sources and relationships

Strong analytical and numerical skills, including the ability to think differently about the data, which may lead to less obvious conclusions

Advanced level of Microsoft Excel skills

Strong communication skills, particularly the ability to convey complex topics in simple memorable terms

  • University Degree (Bachelor or Master) with a focus on Supply Chain Management, Operations Management and/or Finance
  • Excellent in English

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 1643 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary
