Global HR Assistant (m/w/d)


In this role, you are the right hand of Emarsys Chief HR Officer, supporting her with diverse HR topics and projects as well as with administrative tasks. The scope of your work applies to all 15 Emarsys offices across the globe. On top of the required professional background, the right cultural fit is essential: a service oriented & proactive attitude combined with the affinity to take full ownership of the project work.


  • Researching international HR related topics for global management
  • Setting up analysis and preparing data for conversations with top management
  • Managing team collaboration tools (Webex, Slack, Share Point…) and supporting globa team alignment (team targets, etc.)
  • Filing, documenting and preparing reports, presentations, org charts, memos, letters and other documents
  • Preparing, scheduling, writing meeting minutes and follow up actions of HR related calls & meetings (HR leadership call, HR yearly meeting, etc.)
  • Assisting with travel arrangements, appointments coordination, etc.
  • Other advanced, diversified and confidential administrative duties.


  • 2-3 years of professional experience within administrative or HR field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficient Microsoft Office Skills (especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
  • Ability to be flexible and accommodating with last minute schedule changes
  • Excellent ability to maintain diplomacy in contact with senior management and effectiveness in a fast-paced environment
  • Well organized, reliable and self-directed with an ability to anticipate needs without instructions

  • A minimum gross salary according to the collective agreement amounts to EUR 26 824.-- . We are happy to discuss the appropriate effective salary based on your qualifications and experience.
