Change Manager (f/m)

To support our Service Management and Governance team we are currently looking for a Change Manager (f/m). Within this team, you will work alongside the departments that focus on maintaining our IT infrastructure, application landscape, games, frontend and compliance to coordinate our changes in order to minimize impact on our business services and act according to Greentube's compliance and information security requirements.

YOUR
TASKS

  • Responsible to ensure that all changes to existing services follow the defined change management process, including the coordination, approval and review of requests for change (RFCs) for managing all changes to the productive infrastructure and application landscape
  • Lead the weekly Technical Advisory Board (TAB) within IT and organise the on-demand Change Advisory Board (CAB) with multiple departments
  • Ensure established communication to all internal as well as external stakeholders in coordination with our Network Operations Center (NOC) for all changes posing a risk to availability
  • Responsible for the continual development of the change management process ensuring the best fit for the organisation with the support of our IT Service Management specialist.
  • Collaboration with our Application Solutions Management for implementing improvements to the change management process in our ticketing tool JIRA
  • Review our standard change definitions, review and extend the list of standard changes
  • Monthly reporting of the Change Management KPIs to the team lead

YOUR
PROFILE

  • Minimum 3 years of solid work experience in ITIL processes preferably in an IT environment
  • Process Management (ITIL v3 Foundation as minimum requirement)
  • Experience with JIRA and/or foundations training is beneficial
  • Team player and good communication skills
  • Independent as well as service- and customer oriented work style
  • Open minded and flexible
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; German would be a plus
