As International Category Specialist, you´ll be an integral part in building, developing and maintaining credible, long term, category expertise through supporting Red Bull's extensive training programs covering the breadth of category management. In this role, you´ll serve as subject matter expert globally, leveraging both category insights and expertise to identify opportunities for our teams to grow both Red Bull and Category sales.

In this role, you´ll support Global Category Managers in customer and country category management projects driving insights into actions. Including, but not limited to, shopper & data analysis, customer top-to-top meetings and working with top global and country specific customers in implementing Red Bull's category management process.
You´ll develop and deliver customer presentations that share key category insights and strategies and engage members of the sales team at all levels with all available insights' materials.
To build, communicate, and maintain industry best in class category development resources is also part of your responsibilities.
You´ll work with the Global Category Managers to further develop and refine the conceptual selling capabilities.
In addition, you´ll develop impactful Conceptual Selling Stories, which result in changes at retail, and lead the process of updating case studies, training material, and strategy.
You´ll become the global leading expert in all topics related to Conceptual Selling and coordinate as well as share global best practices.
In addition, you´ll work with Global Category Managers and country Trade Marketing to further develop and refine Red Bull's globally leading category management training programs.
Therefore, you´ll work closely with country teams to coordinate timing, setup and enrolment as well as become the global go-to person in all topics related to category management.
As International Category Specialist, you´ll champion knowledge sharing and create an environment to share best practices and category updates. You´ll lead the communication framework for the team through available platforms to ensure up to date content.
Lastly, you´ll support Global Category Managers in maintaining all internal space planning capabilities. As key user of JDA space planning, you´ll support the countries in developing best in class space planning solutions.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Category Management, Trade Marketing or Sales
Extensive knowledge in working with data (e.g. Nielsen, IRI, Aztec)
High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and knowledge of JDA soft planning software
Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw the insights from multiple data sources and complex sets of data to provide useful, actionable tools that are clear, meaningful and delivered in a timely manner
Project management and planning competencies
Innovative, self-motivated, solution-oriented mindset with problem solving and strategic thinking skills
Excellent communication skills to express analytics to various levels in the organization as well to deliver presentations and training

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 1643 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
