Team Assistant-part time (m/w)

The department "Commercial Real Estate - International Clients" provides real estate financing to international corporate clients in the whole Erste region. We act as a single point of contact concerning a wide range of products, including debt financing, cash management, hedging and debt capital market activities. We provide our financial solutions with a view on regional- and product diversification and we are responsible for the client specific business- and limit strategy. We foster close cooperation with local Erste sales units, product experts and other internal service providers, coordinate and drive external as well as internal business processes, regardless of the final booking entity (Holding or local bank)

Your tasks

  • coordinate and arrange internal and external appointments, including keeping and processing appointment records
  • organizational support for customer events
  • prepare or timely request, compile necessary documents
  • participation in meetings and taking minutes
  • postal/mail processing and travel organization
  • support in controlling costs via SAP, checking and instructing invoices, budget management, creating evaluations
  • relief of the area manager and the managers in the area in questions of the internal organization (administrative agendas, information research, material procurement, ...)
  • area navigator for onboarding and offboarding employees
  • administration of board proposals (review of formal requirements, forwarding, keeping records, filing)

Your background

  • very good MS Office knowledge (especially Excel and Powerpoint)
  • SAP know-how an advantage
  • knowledge of the bank
  • professional in priority setting and self-organisation
  • time flexibility and resilience
  • dynamic, open to new ideas, well structured
  • are customer oriented and ambitious
  • are a team player with pronounced communication and social skills
  • are fluent in English andGerman a CEE language is a benefit
