Real Estate - Asset Manager

About you

Your passion is to bring out your Real Estate know-how. You are sure that you can support the valuation of the real estate assets. You like to do structured tasks and are characterized by being a team player. You are result-oriented and have strong assertiveness.

In addition, you have:

  • Real estate management education or commercial education with additional real estate management training
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position and local/ international market knowledge
  • Very good know how in Asset Management
  • Negotiability, enforceability and a structured way of working
  • High engagement
  • Travel enthusiasm for home and foreign countries

Your tasks will include:

  • Evaluation of the current international real estate assets
  • Research and development of optimizations and opportunities
  • Development and implementation of a strategy per asset
  • Setting targeted asset management measures with a commercial perspective and legal know-how
  • Sustainable value optimization of the real estate assets in accordance with the owner strategy
  • Preparation, control and monitoring of annual revenue and cost planning
  • Control / interface of internal and external partners
  • Lead manager for the valuation of the real estate assets (with external parties)
  • Management of buying and selling processes (due diligence)

According to the Austrian labor law we are obligated to state that the annual gross salary according to the collective bargaining agreement starts from EUR 56.000, -- (full time basis). The actual level of remuneration depends on your qualifications and professional experience.
