For our fast-growing business we are looking for an exceptional candidate (f/m/d) based in our Office in Vienna or Kraków to fulfill the role as:

Senior Shop Manager E-Commerce for our Hungarian Shop (Kraków or Vienna)

Job description

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring and analysis of sales KPIs e.g. growth, revenue, profit margin and retention
  • Support in development of the regional pricing strategy to drive sales and profitability
  • Conduction of competitive analysis as a basis for competitive pricing
  • Evaluation of online sales promotions and other direct marketing activities
  • Ongoing monitoring and analysis of trends and competition on relevant pet markets
  • Managing the local team members and coordinating their tasks
  • Close cooperation with other international zooplus offices


  • Native Hungarian, English working proficiency
  • Strength in analyzing business relevant KPIs and excellent Excel skills
  • Ability to interpret data, metrics, trends and draw conclusions
  • General sales & marketing knowledge with at least 2-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Very good communications skills and a positive attitude at daily work
  • A strong quality consciousness, clear results focus and implementation skills
  • Experience in E-commerce would be an advantage

For this position we offer 35.000 - 50.000 EUR gross depending on qualifications and experience.
