CRM Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for a CRM Manager for our office in Vienna to join us and contribute to the world of electronic payments.

Today we have 250 employees from 25 nationalities working across 6 office locations: UK, Austria, Bulgaria, India, Australia and the US. As a leading payment provider, we aim to stay ahead of the game through innovation, new technologies and solutions to create a great payment experience for our customers. You will need to have the energy, commitment, and passion for executing the strategy at pace. You will work closely with all departments from all locations to develop our existing Microsoft Dynamics CRM system further and take the lead in delivering continuous improvements and ensure that efficient CRM processes are in place.

Your area of responsibility:

  • Architecting the Microsoft Dynamics 365 system, related customizations, portals and reports to model client's organizational process;
  • Creating data migration and integration mappings;
  • Data Management (duplicate detection and bulk deletion);
  • Building the CRM forms, screens, and views, as well as workflows and reports around the customer needs;
  • Automating business processes with workflows;
  • Customizing business logic with plug-ins.

Your profile:

  • 5 years of experience in a similar position;
  • Experience in developing Dynamics CRM custom workflows, plug-in creation, and creation of custom integration solutions with third-party vendors;
  • Thorough understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Architecture, functional capabilities, and limitations for out-of-the-box functionality;
  • Experience developing as-is configuration documentation;
  • Experience in communicating and coordinating with internal business customers and IT analysts to determine software requirements and system impacts;
  • High level of stress resistance and excellent conflict management skills;
  • Fluent English, other languages are of an advantage;
  • Self-driven, motivated and proactive attitude.
