To strengthen our Global Culture Marketing Team, we are looking for a motivated Global Dance Manager to join us. The Dance Marketing Program is a key part of our global engagement in youth culture; the constantly evolving global network of Dancers is feeding our platforms and projects. Moving Street Dance forward, you´d be responsible for bringing to life and constantly refining how Red Bull is working with Dancers across all our Dance programs and initiatives (i.e. Red Bull BC One, Red Bull Dance Your Style), our media formats as well as commercial entities.

As Global Dance Manager, you´ll implement and constantly refine the global strategy around Dancers in line with the general brand strategy and global business goals. You´ll realize a holistic Dancer support & development as well as marketing & promotion approach across all existing and future talent related dance properties such as Red Bull BC One, Red Bull Dance Connect, Red Bull Dance Your Style, etc , competitions, education and entertainment verticals. Additionally, you´ll ensure a proper and high-quality implementation of the Dance Relations strategy across all countries with a focus on the top 15 markets.
In this role, you´ll act as the central interface for all Dancers related matters and work cross functionally with our Media Business, Communication teams, Brand Marketing and Legal Team to bring initiatives to life. You´ll support countries in the selection and scouting of future Dancers and ensure that the right Dancers are featured on the selected dance and media related programs and platforms. Furthermore, you´ll define workflows and processes to organize, track and administrate our global Dancer portfolio and network. In addition, you´ll create success measures for dancer led content.
Minimum of 5 years of international experience in an artist/dancer-facing role within the culture/dance industry.
Experience working in a Street Dance environment and understand how to work with dancers, the community and the scene.
Experience in developing and implementing marketing campaigns in a culture/dance media environment.
Proven experience in developing strategies for growing dancer's audiences in a non-traditional manner and in creating and selling a strategic vision.
Knowledge of music rights, licensing and entertainment business subjects.
Excellent project management skills.
Team player, creative, excellent communicator, open-minded, ingenious, innovative and self-motivated with a can-do attitude and focused on delivering results.
Strong knowledge of MS office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 1735 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
