Sales Director FOR Global Product Group Power Boilers
In this position in Raaba in the department Power Boilers we offer you an interesting and challenging position in an international team to lead our sales of power boilers globally.
ANDRITZ is an international technology group providing plants, systems, equipment, and services for various industries. The company is one of the technology and global market leaders in the hydropower business, the pulp and paper industry, the metal working and steel industries, and in solid/liquid separation in the municipal and industrial segments. Other important fields of business are animal feed and biomass pelleting.
- Lead international Sales Project Manager team
- Secure targeted order intake within sales budget
- Development of project execution plans for selected sales cases
- Responsibility for the development of the sales process and cooperation with other ANDRITZ entities
- Analysis of the available market potential and definition of appropriate actions in the target markets
- Implement the growth strategy with focus on new markets and customers
- Talks and negotiations with industrial partners
- Active market and competition monitoring
- Link between sales department, service, technology and project managers
- Preparation of presentations for management approvals
- University degree in mechanical engineering or economy
- Professional experience (> 10 years) in leading global sales organization within technology investment industry
- Structured, strategic and analytical way of working
- Project management experience highly welcome
- Excellent German and English knowledge
- Very good negotiation skills & a proven intercultural awareness
- High consulting competence, communicative personality
- Willingness to travel worldwide (>40%)
