To strengthen our global Talent Management team located at our global headquarters in Austria, we are looking for a motivated Talent Management Intern. This role offers exposure and the opportunity to grow and develop across a breadth of Talent Management and Talent Acquisition topics. The core focuses of the internship include supporting global Employer Branding initiatives and the organization behind the relaunch of unified redbull.com sites and associated assets. Additional responsibilities include updating global tools and training materials to current templates and branding. We are looking for someone that can start in July 2019 and stay with us for 6 months.

Areas that play to your strengths

  • Employer Branding

In this internship you will support the team with the successful roll-out for our unified redbull.com sites and microsites. You will work with our markets to support the coordination and delivery of country-specific assets such as premium quality imagery, local translations and country facts.

  • Global Engagement

You will get the opportunity to do extensive research on new and best-in-class Engagement approaches and practices. Furthermore, you will help prepare communication materials and assets supporting the successful launch and adoption of impactful Engagement practices.

  • Talent Acquisition and Graduate Program

Another project you will be able to support is our Graduate Program. Here you will support the team during the annual cycle by updating our Global Graduate Data. You will also be able to engage in research and identify new and market-relevant approaches to attract Graduate talent in the relevant countries.

  • Talent Management Materials and Assets

It will be your task to continually update training materials and resources, as well as database to current templates and branding.

Your experience includes:

Exceptional attention to detail, organization and prioritization

A strong focus on execution and results

Team player, self-motivated with a 'can do' attitude

Excellent communication skills

  • Working towards completion of a degree in HR, Marketing or Organizational Psychology is preferred
  • Fluent in English; German language is an advantage

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 1634 gross per month.
