The customer expert competence lead is part of the P21st competence center. With his/her team he/she represents the voice of the customer throughout the P21st development process. The job focus is the front end innovation process with the identification of relevant customer needs through costumer research, translation of those needs into insights, jobs to be done and customer requirements in defined areas of innovation. A key task for the team will be the assessment and testing of new ideas, early concepts, demonstrators & prototypes with customers and the execution of insight and minimal viable product validation. Furthermore this involves a close collaboration with Product Owners and the Market Experts of PALFINGER. As part of the P21st competence center he/she will be responsible to disseminate learnings, best practices and add value through support of the PALFINGER organization.
