Job description

In your new job you will:

  • Lead a team of test development and product engineers including recruiting, performance assessment, coaching, training and people development
  • Drive test development activities to bring new products to high volume at highest performance
  • Identify and implement methodology improvements
  • Define and implement working processes
  • Drive innovation and methodology activities in test and product engineering
  • Ensure that processes and quality guidelines are followed

Profile

You pursue ambitious goals, live up to high-quality standards and manage risks actively. You demonstrate strong communication skills and know how to establish lasting relationships and networks. Being aware of the strengths, needs for development and motivational drivers of your people, you deploy them according to the competences within your team. Furthermore, you recognize opportunities and are open-minded and courageous to work on new ideas.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • A university / university of applied sciences degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Microelectronics or comparable
  • 8+ years of relevant working experience related to semiconductor test or product development
  • 4+ years of experience in team leading, ideally in the semiconductor industry
  • Solid technical understanding of test engineering processes and production environments
  • Talent to communicate effectively and clearly
  • Fluent English skills and ability to communicate in German

This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry, employment group I (www.feei.at/arbeitswelt/kv-tabellen-statistik/mindestloehne-und-gehaelter). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills. Furthermore, Infineon offers additional employee benefits.
