HR Business Partner (m/w)

OVERVIEW:

As the HR Business Partner, Austria, you will collaborate with and support our business leaders and their teams in Austria across the full spectrum of HR initiatives.
The successful candidate will be experienced in partnering with senior business leaders as well as experience across key HR areas and excellent local market knowledge for Austria. You will play a key role offering guidance to managers on employment relations, organisation development, labour law, social security, compensation & benefits, performance and talent management.

You will work closely with a small team of HR colleagues in Austria and our global Centres of Excellence teams to continuously improve HR processes and align initiatives across our three offices located in Austria with a combined total employee group of more than 300 employees. With the support of a Junior HR Generalist and the office admin team you will be responsible for the day to day HR operations in Vienna. You will also have opportunities to lead global HR initiatives based on your experience and profile.

THE CHALLENGE:

  • Provide strategic and operational support to senior managers, line managers and the HR team - focusing specifically on the employees located in the Austrian offices and the Austrian market
  • Work with colleagues in other offices to define HR for Sportradar in Austria, build out process, policies and procedures in line with Sportradar growth and vision
  • Set up and execute the HR priority agenda for Austria
  • Acting as a sparring partner and coach to senior managers
  • Develop strategies to build employee engagement and sense of community for Sportradar in Austria
  • Gain a deep understanding in the different Sportradar business areas and add value to the business fields by partnering and guiding them in people-related matters specifically aligned with their needs
  • Collaborate and align with global HR colleagues on projects to ensure most effective rollout of initiatives
  • First point of contact for country specific HR topics - especially labor law, social security & tax and job market
  • Partner with the HR Centres of Excellence teams on the development and deployment of key HR initiatives
  • Responsible for personnel administration and coordinate payroll services (provided by an external company)

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Experience in applying your HR experience in the Austrian market
  • Knowledgeable with Austrian labor law, social security & tax
  • Experience in effective business partnering
  • Stakeholder management and confident influencing senior leaders
  • Ability to challenge business partners
  • Representing the needs of the local business whilst effectively aligning with functional business areas
  • Commercial understanding/business savvy
  • Experience delivering best practices across all HR disciplines
  • Experience in a fast paced, changing and high growth business
  • effectively manages many competing priorities
  • Fluent German and English language skills

The minimum monthly salary for this position is according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement, over payment will for sure be granted, depending on qualifications and working experience.
