International Quality and Process Manager (f/m/d)

Your tasks
Reporting directly to the group's COO, you are responsible at group level for the continual optimization and development of QM and Management Systems for all production sites. Additionally, you lead the Austrian QM team. Acting as a driving force you ensure the control and efficiency of group processes and the achievement of goals. At the same time, together with the local quality managers you manage best-practice transfer with the aim of group-wide collaboration, achieving continual improvement of the effectivity, quality as well as cost-effectiveness of business processes. As well as representing Quality Management at group-level to external stakeholders, together with your peers you take responsibility for the development, calculation and analysis of group-wide process indicators and objectives as well as the group-wide coordination of the derived measures.

Your profile
In addition to your solid educational background in chemistry, biology, pharmacy or physics you have gained relevant professional experience in an industrial manufacturing environment (ideally in the pharmaceutical, life science, medical industry). As a result of your years of experience in a relevant Quality Management environment, you feel well equipped with profound know-how regarding current Quality Management methods and the implementation of modern management tools. Your communication skills and social competence support you in a successful interface management. Additionally, you are familiar with Industry norms (ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and FDA 21 CFR part 820). Very good English skills complete your profile and you are ready to travel internationally (approx. 30 %). German language skills are not mandatory.
