The Customer Profitability Management (CPM) Team provides system solutions to generate valuable business insights that support the management of our customers and products in the Red Bull organizations around the globe. The growing importance to increase business transparency raises the need to reinforce our sales controlling team with a Junior Customer Profitability Controller (CPM) (m/f) at our headquarters in Fuschl am See, Austria. In this role you will act as main point of contact to our subsidiaries worldwide. Embedded in a project team you will work closely with our Key Users and support them in case of any Tool usage, process or content questions as well as system issues. You will provide country trainings, run system testing and help to identify and implement system improvements based on markets´ business needs.

Areas that play to your strengths

  • SYSTEM SUPPORT AS CPM KEY USER

Act as a Global Key User within the CPM Tool in order to consult and guide our users in Red Bull subsidiaries around the globe.

Identify, investigate and find solutions for potential system issues with our Key Users.

Ensure proper system functioning, find efficiencies and tackle areas of opportunity concerning system handling and related business processes within the Tool.

  • OVERSEE DATA AND PROCESS QUALITY

Define, implement & test system enhancements based on markets´ business needs.

Responsible for driving data correctness based on regular quality check.

Identify improvement areas within relevant business processes.

  • TRAINING OF THE ORGANIZATION

Identify knowledge gaps and improve knowledge transfer within subsidiaries for proper system handling.

Assist in the development & maintenance of our different training tools and academies.

Support ongoing documentation and communication efforts.

  • BUSINESS PARTNERING

Partner with International Sales, Corporate Controlling and IT teams, in order to keep a strong alignment of our Tool and processes in the short and long term strategy.

Partner up with subsidiaries for establishing and fully exploiting the potential of our CPM tool.

Your experience includes:

(proven performance in)

One year of professional experience in business analysis and/or sales controlling is an advantage

Knowledge of the FMCG industry beneficial

IT literate, familiarity with any SAP system or affinity to any integrated business analysis tool is a strong plus (CRM, TPO /ERP - SD, FI, COPA / BI / Essbase/ Hyperion, etc.)

Ability to understand complex processes, identify risks and find solutions

Highly analytical, team player and results oriented individual

Strong communication and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders

Self-motivated, self-directed, flexible and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment

  • University degree in Business Administration, Finance or Economics
  • Fluent English knowledge, written and spoken

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 1634 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
