International On Premise Business Application Manager


As the Int. On Premise Business Application Manager (m/f) in the International On Premise Sales & Marketing Team, you will primarily be responsible for managing Field Force Support applications that enable our On Premise field force activate their customers/the On Premise outlets; all according to the Int. Sales & Marketing activation strategy in order to increase consumption in existing and new occasions. Further, you will support Int. On Premise stakeholders in driving global strategies to Red Bull country organizations by managing applications that visualize KPIs and market interactions. Acting as Project Manager & Global Key user, you will actively drive program and project development, disseminate project information and participate in project-related work groups/committees to deliver cutting-edge, user-friendly business applications to the field force that seamlessly integrate into the existing application landscape.

Initiate & drive implementation of functional enhancements

Gather new requirements align them with all stakeholders and incorporate them into development projects

Act as interface between the Business and IT team

Coordinate project activities & collaborate with project team members

Develop measurable project objectives & monitor the progress

Submit activity reports, meeting minutes & project status

Actively participate in project work groups & contribute to decision making

Optimize resources & market setups


Apply deep knowledge of Field Force Support applications

Develop training material up to the execution of end user trainings if applicable

Manage functional & user acceptance testing of any application updates


Provide 2nd level support

Your experience includes:

(proven performance in)

Experience in the field of Business Applications (either on business- or IT-side)

Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver in time, budget and scope

Experience with mobile applications is an asset

Problem solver with a 'can do' attitude and ability to deliver ideas as practical and workable solutions

Excellent attention to detail, process driven and structured

Excellent organizational skills as well as strong communication and presentation skills

Good technical & business process comprehension with the ability to transform into end user needs

Excellent MS Office-Skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)

  • University Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics or Information Technology or equivalent practical experience
  • Excellent German and English language skills

However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
