We are looking to fill the position of a Business Manager (m/f) who will be responsible for Europe & new markets and based in Linz, Austria.
Business Manager (m/f)
- Managing and developing business with Key Accounts / Distributors in the region
- Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure their plans are aligned with the sales plans, commercial initiative & market expansion plans
- Building and executing sales plans and evaluating business opportunities
- Analyzing and reporting sales & market information
- Prospecting potential new customers & new markets across ENA and turning them into feasible business propositions
- Negotiating contracts & proposals with customers
- Networking with prospective customers & attending events whenever required
- Minimum 5 years experience in Sales & Business Development with a reputed organization in FMCG industry
- Fluent spoken & written Turkish, English & German. Russian will be an added advantage
- Successful track record of handing sales and commercial aspects of the business, preferably in an international environment
- Prior experience in Key Account Management and / or Distributor management. Prior contacts with key account buyers and distributors across different geographies would be a definite advantage
- The candidate should have at least a bachelor's degree in Economics or Business Management
- Must be data driven and demonstrate the ability to recommend decisions based on data analysis
- Must have a good understanding of Key Account Management and Distributor Management
- Must be self-driven with ability to take initiative & manage multiple projects on his/her own
- Good MS Office skills
We offer attractive working conditions in a dynamic team and a minimum gross salary for this position is EUR 3.500 per month and might be even higher depending on your qualification and experience.
