This role offers the opportunity to lead the development and adoption of our global Talent Acquisition approach shaping strategically how we select talent ranging from innovative assessments to owning our global graduate programme. Reporting to our Head of Talent Management you will drive the development and optimization of Red Bull's global Talent Acquisition strategy, systems and tools, increasing Red Bull's capability to find and keep the right people - giving wings to people and ideas. This role needs to challenge current Talent Acquisition and Recruiting paradigms while creating innovative solutions that support the culture and philosophies that make our company unique and competitive. This is a strategic role as recruiting is decentralised and run in our various markets using our global Taleo system and cutting-edge approaches providing thought leadership and future strategy.

Achieve strategic and operational goals for the organization across key aspects of talent acquisition including future talent trends and business growth
Refine global recruitment analytics, KPIs, associated recommendations and solutions
Work with our HR Analytics head to provide a forward-looking data driven recruitment strategy integrated with our workforce planning approach
Develop and coach HR teams around the world across full-cycle recruitment
Drive the adoption of global recruitment initiatives through collaborative partnerships with HR and cross-functional teams
Inspire and influence global and local HR partners to adopt global Talent Acquisition systems, tools and initiatives
Partner in the identification and prioritization of current and future talent needs and the deployment of a recruiting strategy to support that
Up-level platforms such as Taleo, Hirevue and psychometric assessments process, tools and training
Solution development & implementation to close the gap between status quo & look of success
Design and maintain process, technology and programs that build HR and Hiring Manager ability to source and select top talent
Rally and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize recruitment system performance and capability
Proven success in developing and executing global recruitment strategy which supports and advances company priorities
Several years' experience leading Talent Acquisition/Recruitment at a global level; preferably within a matrixed environment, working with senior leaders
Senior-level exposure and decision-making within TA operations, analytics, compliance issues, vendor management, etc.
Track record of success driving a holistic recruitment strategy for multiple functions and markets across both high volume and executive level roles
Deep understanding of the full-cycle recruiting process
Expertise in developing process and leveraging the best fromTaleo. Experience with additional ATSs' and recruitment systems/software is an advantage.
Advanced Project and Change Management ability; both influencing the change and implementing initiatives
Ability to coach, advise and engage stakeholders in a highly diverse environment in terms of culture, experience, seniority
Experience in the application of candidate assessments
Exceptional attention to detail, organization and prioritization
Polished communication and presentation skills
A strong focus on execution and results as well as an autonomous, self-motivated and self-starting working style

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2819 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
