Propose a direct online and offline acquisition strategy according with the objectives and the teams of the departmentB2C (telephone, website andCRM)

  • Define the direct acquisition strategy via online channels (SEA, SEO, RTB, emailing, social network, etc.)
  • Prioritize your actions with ROI focus
  • Allocate the marketing budget by channel and action

Apply the strategy that allows an acquisition at the best cost

  • Define the sequence of acquisition campaigns
  • Manage those online and offline campaigns on the different channels
  • Decide the budget allocation according to performance
  • Supervise the different stakeholders

Monitor campaign performance

  • Measure the results of the campaigns and actions carried out by channel
  • Restore campaign results
  • Propose optimization plans

Supervise the employees of the customer acquisition team (online analyst and offline analyst)

  • Set goals
  • Evaluate the performance
  • Set up a training plan for employees


  • Minimum 5-6 years of experience in the digital acquisition market, e-commerce or advertising agencies with strong references to share
  • Master in different acquisition strategies either online (SEA, SEO, RTB, emailing, social networks, etc.) and offline (press, radio, physical advertising, TV, etc.)
  • Greatly skilled in reporting and analytical tools (Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Facebook ads, etc.)
  • Excellent social and commercial skills
  • Presentation and communication according to the high net worth clientele
  • Interest in working in an innovative and ambitious structure
  • Excellent management skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Master Microsoft Office tools
  • Master/Bachelor degree
  • Team work
  • Agile approach to work


Collaboration in a modern company that attaches great importance to the well-being of its employees. This position is remunerated with a gross annual fee of EUR 48,000 or more + bonus. Depending on the qualification and experience, there is the willingness to overpay.
