Corporate Development Manager (m/f)

In this function you will play a key role in all parts of generating, managing and executing acquisitions, investments and strategic partnerships, the portfolio management, setting-up of new locations/subsidiaries, implementing and executing corporate processes as well as developing international business strategies. Global Operations, M&A & Strategic Alliances is a small, tight-knit team who values authentic, strong willed, self-driven individuals that think creatively and will proactively seek out opportunities to advance the growth initiatives of TTTech Auto's businesses. Consequently, this role requires someone who is highly motivated combining exceptional strategic thinking, corporate finance skills, project management, quantitative skills, and excellent team member skills.

Your Tasks

  • Support and execute corporate development activities, such as M&A, strategic partnerships, JVs etc.
  • Lead financial and competitive analysis as well as market researches
  • Build and maintain a variety of financial models, strategic plans as well as market entry strategies
  • Guide through all aspects of transactions, from developing the initial strategy to constructing business cases, company valuations, negotiations, due diligence process and integration process
  • Support the post-merger integration process
  • Ensure reporting and controlling of subsidiaries and affiliates

Your Profile

  • University degree - preferred in business administration, finance or similar field with focus on corporate finance
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in management consulting, investment banking or with an auditing firm
  • At least 1-year experience in analyzing financial statements, conducting business research, financial modeling and project management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to recognize and solve conflicts with a positive mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving and constantly evolving high growth environment
  • Excellent command of English and German

Your performance is remunerated with an attractive and market-compliant salary. The position is subject to the Collective Agreement for Employees in the Metal Trade (Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte Metallgewerbe) and we provide a minimum salary of 40,000.- Euro gross per year. Naturally, we offer an overpayment based on your previous experience and qualifications.
